In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the api88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which a player holds an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. api88 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of guardianship or legal incapacity, you may not use the api88 platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one api88 account. Accounts registered to the same name, address, email address, phone number, device, or payment method as an existing account may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Own Account Only: You may only register and operate an account in your own name, using your own payment methods. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Current Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of api88 or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any game or promotion offered on the platform.

To access the full range of api88 Services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number.

By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect. api88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the life of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. api88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify api88 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. api88 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.

api88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. api88 may also request KYC documents at any other point during the life of your account, including at account registration or following unusual account activity.

Standard KYC documents required by api88 include:

• Government-issued photo identity: A clear, legible scan or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder. For bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), this typically means a screenshot of the mobile banking home screen showing your full name and account number.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of the account holder holding their government-issued ID next to their face, confirming live possession of the document.

api88 will review submitted KYC documents within 24 to 48 hours during standard operating conditions. Players will be notified by email or SMS once their KYC status has been updated. Withdrawals will be processed only after KYC is approved. api88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage of the KYC review.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the api88 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purpose of verifying player identity and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

api88 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI bank transfers, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 via e-wallet; Rp 50.000 via bank transfer.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. api88 may apply additional limits based on account KYC status and transaction history.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Own funds only: You must deposit using only payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties will be refused and refunded, less any applicable processing fees.
• No deposit fees: api88 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals from your api88 IDR Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC prerequisite: Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC approval will be queued and processed only upon successful verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by api88 support following a KYC review.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for e-wallets and under 15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to banking system availability. Withdrawals submitted during network maintenance periods or public bank holidays may experience delays.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered and is also visible in your account bonus dashboard.
• Anti-money laundering checks: api88 reserves the right to apply additional AML checks to any withdrawal request. These checks may delay processing. api88 may request documentation to verify the source of funds in accounts where unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns are observed.

api88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to a welcome deposit bonus, weekly sports cashback, reload bonuses, slot tournament prize pools, and seasonal promotions aligned with major Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• One bonus per player: Each player may claim a specific promotional bonus only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. api88 determines the uniqueness of a player by reference to name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, IP address, device fingerprint, and payment method.
• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse: api88 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event using multiple accounts or payment methods). Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it forfeited, and the account may be suspended.
• Promotional changes: api88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotion will continue to be subject to the terms in place at the time of acceptance.

All wagers placed on api88 are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant game or market help section. The following general betting rules apply across all api88 Services:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is confirmed only when api88's system displays a confirmation reference number. In the event of a system error or disconnection during the bet placement process, api88's server-side records will be the definitive reference for determining whether a bet was accepted.
• Palpable errors: If api88 erroneously offers incorrect odds or game parameters due to a manifest error (a "palpable error"), api88 reserves the right to void any bets placed on those incorrect terms and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. This applies to sportsbook, casino, slots, live roulette, and togel products.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed at the point of wagering. api88 may apply reduced individual betting limits to specific players at its discretion.
• Match fixing and integrity: api88 participates in industry-standard sports integrity monitoring. Any bet suspected of being connected to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation will be voided, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Force majeure: api88 will not be liable for any failure to provide Services or to honour bets due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, acts of God, government actions, or interruptions to third-party game provider platforms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the api88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software designed to interact with the api88 platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the api88 platform for any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or processing of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live game-show-style casino titles.
• Posting or transmitting offensive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content through any api88 communication channel, including live chat support.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to api88 systems, servers, databases, or other players' accounts.

api88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable players to maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Loss limits — automatic stop-loss thresholds applied to net gaming losses over defined periods.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the api88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the api88 platform without the prior written consent of api88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account access due to technical failures or third-party service interruptions.
• Any damage caused by viruses, malicious code, or unauthorized access to your device resulting from use of the api88 platform.
• Delays or errors in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay.

The api88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While api88 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

In no event shall api88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your api88 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

api88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where api88 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of api88's platform, other players, or the financial system.
• The player has been self-excluded or is subject to a regulatory exclusion order.

Upon account closure, api88 will return any verified, non-bonus real-money balance to the player's registered payment method following a standard compliance review. Balances held as bonus funds, or funds under active investigation, will not be released until the investigation is resolved.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting api88 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets or active bonus wagering at the time of closure will be voided.

api88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, api88 will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the api88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13 above.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api88 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute between a player and api88 that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. Players retain the right to seek emergency injunctive relief from courts of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests pending arbitration.

Nothing in this clause limits api88's obligations under applicable consumer protection laws in Indonesia to the extent that such laws cannot be excluded by contract.
